Nottinghamshire CCC Captain
Date of birth: 19 November 1986 Warrington, Cheshire
Nottinghamshire First-Class Debut: 4 May 2010 v Hampshire (Southampton)
The Nottinghamshire’s former Club Captain took on a player-coach role prior to the 2024 season, before switching to purely a coaching role after leading the Notts 2XI to the Second XI Championship that year.
Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in the accumulation of all three domestic titles since his move to the East Midlands from his native Lancashire.
In the short form of the game only Samit Patel has made more appearances and taken more wickets for Notts than Mullaney, and he was in the winning team on both occasions that the side have emerged triumphantly on T20 Blast Finals Day.
