Accessibility at Trent Bridge
All members of staff at Trent Bridge are here to help our visitors have a marvellous time.
We aim to fully understand the needs of each of our visitors to ensure that we provide a positive experience for all.
To discuss any particular needs that you may have as a visitor, please contact our friendly Ticket Office team on 0115 899 0300 during office hours, or by email on questions@trentbridge.co.uk.
Assistance whilst in attendance
If you would like to arrange any assistance whilst attending an international fixture, or a matchday in The Hundred or Vitality Blast, please email info@trentbridge.co.uk to be provided with a direct line to our designated Above and Beyond Matchday Volunteers.
Trent Bridge Accessible Seating Policy
We are able to offer, subject to availability, wheelchair spaces in the Hound Road Stand (upper and lower tiers), the Radcliffe Road Stand (lower and middle tiers), the PKF Smith Cooper Stand (pitch level and raised platform), and in front of the Larwood & Voce Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand.
Ambulant attendees with disabilities are welcome across the range of stands and areas, dependent on their personal requirements. Both wheelchair and ambulant ticket buyers are charged at their appropriate age-related price for the event they wish to attend and stand they sit in.
If you are in receipt of the higher or middle rate for care or mobility of Disability Living Allowance from the Department for Work and Pensions, or the enhanced rate of PIP (Personal Independence Payment), then a companion's ticket may be issued free of charge if requested. Kindly note that the Ticket Office is required to see evidence of this prior to the purchase of event tickets.
Further assistance can be provided by our friendly Ticket Office team by calling 0115 899 0300 or by emailing questions@trentbridge.co.uk.
Accessible Parking
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accessible parking on-site during matchdays. Should you wish to drop passengers off near our gates before parking, we recommend using the area at the top of Musters Road just behind the memorial garden, which is approximately 50 yards away from the Dixon Gate entrance on Bridgford Road.
If you would like a member of our Above & Beyond Volunteer team to meet you or your guest on arrival, kindly email us at info@trentbridge.co.uk
If you have pre-booked a parking space in one of our event car parks, please speak to a steward on arrival and request a space close to the exit if you have an accessibility requirement.
Access around Trent Bridge
The majority of the ground has flat level access throughout. Some seating areas do have a number of steps with no access to handrails, including the PKF Smith Cooper Stand, and the middle and lower tiers of the Radcliffe Road Stand. Kindly note there is no lift access to the Fox Road Stand, with entry only via a number of steps.
Passenger lifts are available in the Radcliffe Road Stand serving all floors including the middle and upper terraces, as well as Restaurant Six.
A passenger lift is available in the Hound Road Stand serving the Derek Randall Suite and the upper terrace.
A passenger lift is available for access to the wheelchair viewing points in the Smith Cooper stand. This is located in the Administration Block to the south end of the Smith Cooper Stand.
If you encounter any issues, please speak to the nearest steward who will be happy to assist.
Ticket Office
Access to the Ticket Office is via a small step of approximately ten centimetres. A ramp is available for access should you require, so please contact the nearest steward for assistance. Kindly note that the main ticket office does not have a dropped counter.
On major matchdays, an additional ticket office on Bridgford Road next to the Trent Bridge Inn is open for the sale of tickets and ticket-related queries. There is a low-level service counter and hearing loop on each window.
Radcliffe Road Reception
Level access is available through wide automatic reception doors. Please note that the reception desk does not have a dropped counter.
Shop
Level access is available to the Club Shop, located in the Radcliffe Road Stand. On major matchdays there is an additional Shop unit within the TBI Courtyard, which is accessible via a ramp.

Mobile Changing Places toilet
On Major Match Days, Trent Bridge provides a mobile toilet facility (Mobiloo), which includes an adult hoist and changing bench. The facility is located to the rear of the Hound Road Stand.
Sensory bag Provision
On all matchdays, a limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, which can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception or Ticket Office.
Bags will include some of the following items: ear defenders (in children’s or adult sizes), binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards.
Kindly note a £20 holding deposit will be taken whilst these bags are on loan.
Quiet Space
A quiet space for those who need a calm place to retreat for a little while is available next to the Radcliffe Road Reception within the Radcliffe Road Stand, as well as within the Fielders’ Rest multi-faith & quiet space, which is located within the Ticket Office building next to the Pavilion.
Dietary Needs
On domestic matchdays, vegetarian and vegan options are available from the Cricketers’ Suite or within the Pavilion for our members. Dairy alternatives are offered at our bars. On major matchdays, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and Halal-certified food options are available around the ground.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks in cans, plastic or cardboard containers, but please avoid metal cutlery or glass containers.
Wristband id system
A wristband identification system is available for children and those with a neurodiversity condition. These can be collected from a steward, volunteer or from the Ticket Office and Radcliffe Road Reception. On the reverse of your wrist band, where details are well hidden from view, simply complete the following information:
• Parent/guardian/carer’s name
• Contact phone number whilst in the ground
• Your stand and seat location
These details will then help a steward reunite you with your guest should you become separated or should they get lost around the ground.
Stadium facilities
Visually impaired
For the Test and One-Day International, a limited number of complimentary commentary headsets for those with visual impairments will be available to collect from Radcliffe Road reception and the ticket office.
Large Format menus
Large format menus are available from all of our food and drink outlets and can be requested from a member of staff on the day.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome assistance animals at the ground. There are currently no dog spending areas on-site, but there is a grassed area located just outside the Dixon Gates across Bridgford Road.
If you are bringing an assistance animal kindly let us know by emailing info@trentbridge.co.uk, so that we can recommend a suitable seating location and ensure you have everything you need on the day.
