The 26-year-old spent the winter with the National Academy working on his fitness and technique and claims he's better prepared than ever for the domestic season.
He said: "I've had a really hard winter in Loughborough and on tour and apart from improving my fitness I've been working on a number of technical things.
"We all set very high standards for ourselves and I want to match those again to help Notts win matches and then take another step on the international ladder."
