Charlie Shreck will replace Darren Pattinson in the Notts Outlaws side to face Hampshire at Trent Bridge in the NatWest Pro40 fixture at Trent Bridge on Sunday (play commences 1.45pm).
Shreck is included in a side otherwise-unchanged from that which beat Worcestershire Royals on Tuesday with Matt Wood and Graeme Swann set to open the batting.
“It was always the plan to rotate Darren and Charlie and we’ll be looking to build on the strong start that we’ve made in the competition,” said Notts Director of Cricket Mick Newell.
“We got it tactically right at New Road with the early wickets and use of the spinners in the middle of the innings and we’ll have a similar game plan at Trent Bridge.”
Bilal Shafayat followed up his match winning innings with a stylish 124 in a Second XI trophy fixture against Minor Counties and will bat at number six with Mark Wagh, Adam Voges and Samit Patel also included in a deep batting line-up.
Notts Outlaws team to face Hampshire Hawks: Matt Wood, Graeme Swann, Mark Wagh, Adam Voges, Samit Patel, Bilal Shafayat, Chris Read, Mark Ealham, Paul Franks, Andre Adams, Charlie Shreck
