Nottinghamshire spinner Graeme Swann finished with 5-54 to wrap up a comfortable win in the first Test of England´s four match series in South Africa.
South Africa resumed on 76-6 after Swann and Broad ripped through their top order and both players struck in the final session.
Just 75 minutes were needed to wrap up the victory with Swann trapping Steyn lbw.
Broad´s match figures of 6-87 weren´t quite enough to deny Swann the man of the match award.
