Stuart Broad took eight second innings wickets as Nottinghamshire cruised to victory over Warwickshire.
With the game finely poised after the first innings, Broad ripped through the home side's top order to send Notts back to the top of the LV= County Championship.
“Warwickshire’s batting unit haven’t scored as many runs as they would have liked to this season and we bowled really tightly to put them under pressure,” said Broad.
“We didn’t give them any four balls and I picked up wickets when the pressure mounted.
“Confidence is high because all of our players are standing up and taking responsibility in games and now it’s a case of maintaining those standards and putting the team in a position to win the trophies that we deserve.
“It’s a great dressing room to be in at the moment because the lads are looking forward to Monday’s quarter-final and we’re back at the top of the Championship.”
Jim Troughton's 9 represented the highest score mustered by Warwickshire's top six as Broad ran riot with a haul of 8-52 from 13 overs, eclipsing his previous Notts best of 5-79.
Alex Hales and Samit Patel chased down the 25 runs needed inside three overs.
