Luke Fletcher and Paul Franks will both turn out for Notts in Sunday’s Clydesdale Bank 40 away fixture against Durham.
Dirk Nannes and Ryan Sidebottom will replace the seam duo for the Friends Provident t20 quarter-final against Sussex with the other nine members of the squad hoping to fine tune their game for Monday’s showpiece.
Notts have already enjoyed victory over Durham in the LV= County Championship in addition to two FPt20 wins. The Outlaws lie second in the CB40 table, two points and two places ahead of Durham.
“Monday’s game is a big deal for us but we have to gun for everything because if we don’t then we could lose our way,” said Nottinghamshire Director of Cricket Mick Newell.
“The best preparation for Monday is to put in a solid shift on Sunday and that’s what we’ll be looking to do.”
Alex Hales and Ali Brown will open the batting for Notts. Play starts at 1.45pm at the Emirates Durham ICG.
