England bowlers Stuart Broad and Ryan Sidebottom will both play for Notts Outlaws against Worcestershire Royals at Trent Bridge on Sunday (play starts 2.30pm).
Under 16s can watch the match for just £1 in an attempt to draw a big crowd to Trent Bridge with Notts in search of a third successive victory in the Friends Provident t20.
Paul Franks and Darren Pattinson have been left out of the side to accommodate the inclusion of Broad and Sidebottom who has recovered from a minor thigh strain.
“Having Ryan, Stuart and Dirk Nannes in the side is something we’ve been looking forward to and hopefully they can bowl well in tandem and frustrate the Worcestershire batsmen on Sunday,” said Nottinghamshire Director of Cricket Mick Newell.
“We need to capitalise while they are available to us and look to extend this winning start.”
In form batsman Alex Hales will open for Notts after scoring the fifth fastest Twenty20 fifty of all time against Derbyshire on Friday.
“Alex knows how to make the most of the power play overs and he’s shown that he is very comfortable hitting over the top when the fielders can’t defend the boundary,” said Newell.
“The 16-ball fifty was very impressive and I think he’s capable of getting there even faster in the future.”
Australian international David Hussey will captain the Outlaws with Samit Patel, Ali Brown and Chris Read also included.
