Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club have agreed an Official Business Partnership with international law firm Eversheds.
As part of the agreement Eversheds will benefit from a comprehensive package of rights which will include ground advertising, tickets, hospitality and use of the Club’s facilities. The new initiative unveiled by Commercial Director Justin Tose is part of the Club’s overall strategy to attract local and national businesses to commit to mutually beneficial partnerships.
"Our commercial partners are increasingly drawn to the opportunities that exist to further their reach in the local business community as well as benefitting from the global exposure that broadcasting of England matches at Trent Bridge offers," said Justin.
"Our discussions with the team at Trent Bridge quickly identified that we have the same objectives to maintain an international reputation through the delivery of a consistent local service." James Fry
"Eversheds are keen to harness both elements and we will work with them to deliver a tangible return on their investment."
Eversheds operate from 44 offices in 26 jurisdictions and have established a global reputation for providing high quality legal services. They retain a committed presence in Nottingham and as well as providing legal services to the Club, the firm will also enhance their corporate social responsibility reach through working with the Club’s newly branded Community Trust.
"Our discussions with the team at Trent Bridge quickly identified that we have the same objectives to maintain an international reputation through the delivery of a consistent local service," said James Fry, Senior Office Partner at the firm's Nottingham office.
Trent Bridge has secured the right to stage Investec Ashes Tests in 2013 and 2015 as well as an England v India encounter in 2014 and five NatWest Series One Day Internationals scheduled until 2016.
