No play was possible in the third day of Nottinghamshire's Second XI friendly against Derbyshire, after persistent rain washed the fixture out.
This meant that while Notts had been on top throughout, they were unable to reach the result they wanted in the third day, the match ending in a draw.
Earlier in the fixture Paul Franks scored 117 to put Notts in the driving seat, while keeper Matt Cross took seven catches in Derbyshire's reply.
