Nottinghamshire Director of Cricket Mick Newell expects Michael Lumb to retain his place in England's ODI side after a century on debut.
England lost the opening match of the three match series but Lumb's knock was a redeeming highlight as the limited overs side ramp up preparations for the ICC World Twenty20 in Bangladesh.
"This trip will give England's twenty20 players the chance to play One Day Internationals and Michael has grasped his opportunity with a good hundred," said Newell.
"He's had to wait a long time to get a chance in the format but he's still very hungry for international success and he'll be keen to make a case and to see where it leads to in the English summer."
Fellow Nottinghamshire batsman Alex Hales had been expected to make his 50-over debut but missed out through injury. Hales has a minor quad strain but is determined to prove his fitness for the third ODI.
England face the West Indies in Antigua on Sunday and Wednesday before moving to Bridgetown for three T20 Internationals.
