Alex Hales has committed his future to Notts Outlaws after signing a two-year contract extension with the club.
The right-hander has amassed some formidable figures throughout a trophy-laden career which has taken him to all corners of the globe - with many of his greatest feats reserved for the green and gold of his county.

To reach three figures in the twenty-over format requires power, guile and a healthy dose of derring-do.
In chalking up a century on five separate occasions, Hales finds himself firmly ensconced in the upper echelons of T20 cricket.
Most recently, a chanceless century at Trent Bridge gave the Outlaws the impetus required to claim victory over Lancashire Lightning.
It felt, in many ways, an atypical Hales innings; this time, a measured approach was the order of the day.
But a glance at the scoreboard as Hales sprinted off, having carried his bat and reached his hundred with a trademark, breathtaking maximum, showed that Hales' 101 had come from just 66 deliveries.
Another score of 101, this time against Yorkshire, helped Notts to their record run-chase in T20 cricket, as the Green and Golds chased 224 to beat the Vikings in the 2017 group stages on the way to their maiden Blast crown.
That knock came three summers after the right-hander became the first man to score a T20 international hundred for England, bettering the 99 he scored at Trent Bridge against West Indies when hitting an unbeaten 116 to power his side to 190/4.
Subsequent centuries came for Rangpur Riders (100 off 48 balls) in the 2019 Bangladesh Premier League, and in somewhat flamboyant fashion for Sydney Sixers in the most recent edition of the BBL.
After playing himself in during the first over, the 32-year-old unleashed the full force of his talent in the second, carting Steve O’Keefe for 18 runs, before meting out similar treatment to Jackson Bird.
There was even time for Hales’ famed straight drive, so beloved of the Trent Bridge faithful, to make an appearance.
By its conclusion, Hales’ innings of 110 had taken 56 deliveries, and set Sydney Thunder on the way to the record BBL total.

The competition for the leading run-scorer’s golden cap in the most recent edition of the BBL was ferocious.
Alongside some of England’s finest hitters, in Jason Roy and James Vince, were Australian powerhouses Glenn Maxwell, Chris Lynn and Josh Philippe.
Hales, however, simply wasn’t to be outdone.
His quick-fire century, the highest score made during the tournament, was one of four scores of 50 or more chalked up in the course of the competition.
Meanwhile, in smashing 30 sixes across the campaign, Hales set a new BBL high water-mark for sheer brutality.

Hales' explosive exploits Down Under capped a prolific twelve months with willow in hand.
Half-centuries in the 2019/20 edition of the BBL were followed by further productive innings in triumphant Vitality Blast and Pakistan Super League campaigns, before another fruitful return to Australia.
As the globe celebrated 2020 becoming 2021, Hales was able to reflect on a year which saw him score the third-most T20 runs of anybody, with only Babar Azam and Marcus Stoinis scoring more freely.

Hales’ tally is the greatest of anyobdy to have ever wielded the willow in T20 cricket for Notts, 38 runs clear of Samit Patel in second place.
Those runs have often resulted in defining contributions, too: the 28 fifties scored by Hales for the Outlaws is five more than any other Notts player in the format.
In total, Hales has hit 8448 runs in the county game's shortest form - more than any other Englishman has ever amassed.

Hales’ performance in the 2017 50-over showpiece was, quite simply, a tour de force.
Controlled and aggressive in equal measure, the opener weathered the storm as wickets fell around him and peppered the boundary with astonishing regularity.
Aided and abetted by the ever-composed Chris Read, Hales’ 187 was the highest score ever recorded in a Lord’s final, and remains the best score ever made by a Notts batsman in List A cricket.

Hales' time at Trent Bridge has been regularly pockmarked with silverware, from the County Championship of 2010 to last season's Vitality Blast victory.
The opener's maiden First-Class hundred came in the course of Notts' triumphant campaign eleven years ago, while Hales also made hay during the victorious YB40 campaign of 2013 and the 2017 T20 Blast triumph.
