Joey Evison says he is full of confidence after taking four of Yorkshire's first-innings wickets following an impressive return from injury.
The right-armer, in his second match back, caused the visitors to collapse to 73 all out responding to the Green and Golds' 296, with the rest of the wickets shared around the seam bowling unit. Asked to follow on, a resolute second innings display saw the White Rose close day two trailing by 54 with seven wickets remaining.
Notts' first innings advantage was largely the product of a 97-run stand between Evison and centurion Joe Clarke, with the former going on to score his maiden first-class fifty having taken his maiden first-class five-wicket haul against Durham earlier in the season.
