Sammy King hit 75 as Nottinghamshire’s Second XI overcame the South Asian Cricket Academy in a 50-over fixture at Lady Bay.
Opening the batting, King amassed an unbeaten 75 from 83 balls, including eleven fours, to shepherd his side past SACA’s total of 153 inside 28 overs.
The all-rounder built a 54-run stand with Jordan Neil for the fifth wicket as the hosts cruised to their target.
Earlier, there were four wickets for Fateh Singh, three for Rob Lord and two for Toby Pettman, with Thomas Giles also picking up a scalp, as SACA were dismissed for 153 after 33 overs.
