Our ticket offices on Bridgford Road, both opposite the Co-Op and at the junction with the A60, will also be open throughout the fixture.
Accessing your tickets
If you selected the option of e-tickets, please be aware that the PDF attachment to your booking confirmation is not your match tickets.
Kindly be sure to log into your ticketing account and download your tickets by selecting the My Orders or My Tickets option within the Account section of the site.
From there, you’ll be able to either print them at home, store them in your Apple Wallet or download them to your mobile phone.

How to find us
Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is situated in West Bridgford, in very close proximity to both Nottingham Forest and Notts County Football Clubs. Our postcode is NG2 6AG.
We have gates through which to enter the ground situated on Bridgford Road, Radcliffe Road, Hound Road and Fox Road. Your ticket will indicate which gate you should use.
Travel Information
Travelling by car
Parking will be available on the day at Nottingham Forest (NG2 5FU accessible from Lady Bay Bridge), priced at £10 per car. Kindly note that payment at Nottingham Forest will be taken in cash only.
Parking can also be secured on the day on the Victoria Embankment, priced at £10 per car. Please note that the Embankment is no longer accessible via car from the Eastern approach (near Trent Bridge), and must now be accessed via Queens Drive/ Riverside Way to the West. The postcode NG2 2GJ may assist when navigating to the car park, as may navigating to the Victoria Embankment Playground:

Anyone travelling by car from outside the city can take advantage of NET’s seven free park & ride facilities located around Nottingham. The most convenient tram park & ride site for the A453 can be found at Clifton South (17-minute tram travel time), while parking is also available at Toton Lane (31-minute tram travel time).
If you have a spare seat in your car, or are looking for a ride, www.liftshare.com/uk, the free-to-use car share website, could save you money on your transport costs.
Parking for day five remains available at Bridge Field (NG2 6AP), located within a five-minute walk of Trent Bridge. Spaces, priced at £10 for Nottinghamshire members and £12 for non-members, must be booked in advance here...
Travelling by tram
The Queens Walk and Meadows Embankment tram stops are located around a 20-minute walk from the ground, with the route from the Meadows Embankment stop proceeding along a pleasant stretch of the River Trent. Alternatively, a stop at Nottingham Railway Station can be found just a 20-minute walk away. To help plan your journey, visit www.thetram.net.
Travelling by bus
Regular bus travel is available to the ground, with bus stops situated on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road.

Travelling by train
Nottingham Station can be found a 20-minute walk from the ground, with public transport and taxis available to convey you to your destination.

Taxis
A taxi rank can be found 200 yards from the ground on Bridgford Road, adjacent to the large West Bridgford Co-op. If you need to call for a taxi, some of our local operators include: Royal Cabs 0115 9608 608, Trent Cars 0115 950 5050 and Yellow Cars 0115 981 8181.
We recommend using Musters Road (near the PKF Smith Cooper Stand) or Radcliffe Road as taxi pick-up/ drop-off points.
Travelling by bicycle
Supporters planning to take their bikes to Trent Bridge are welcome to chain their bikes to the fence on the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road. Please bring a chain to secure your bike.
Bike parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play. Kindly note that bikes are not allowed inside the ground for this fixture.

Gates open at 9am each day, with the toss set to take place at 10.30am on day one. Hours of play across all five days are scheduled as follows:
There is provision for an extra 30 minutes to be added on to make up for any loss in time. Kindly note that all timings are subject to change.

The Stuart Broad End
If you're joining us for day one of the contest, please be in your seats by 10.40am as we officially rename the Pavilion End of our venue in honour of Nottinghamshire's most successful bowler on the international stage.
Both Stuart and Chris Broad will be on hand as we unveil a plaque at the Stuart Broad End before the start of play, commemorating Stuart's fine career with Notts and England, which concluded last summer.

Bringing your own food and drink
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks in cans, plastic or cardboard containers, but please avoid metal cutlery or glass containers. Please be reminded that bringing alcohol into the ground is not permitted.
Water dispensers
Water dispensing facilities will be available around the ground if you wish to use your own refillable water bottles.
Recycling your beer cups
Delivered in conjunction with One Planet One Chance - the UK's only carbon-neutral reusable cup solution - supporters will be able to assist Trent Bridge’s efforts to become increasingly environmentally friendly with each drink they purchase.
An extra £1 charged on your first drink of the day will cover the cost of washing their cup for re-use, while you will receive a fresh eco-cup at no extra cost when returning your cup to make a new drinks purchase.
By dropping your cup into a deposit bin at the end of your visit, you will play a significant part in helping Trent Bridge to reduce plastic waste by ensuring cups can be re-used on future matchdays. Book Signing
West Indies legend Brian Lara will be signing copies of his new book, Lara: The England Chronicles, during the Lunch interval on day one.
The signing will take place outside the Trent Bridge Shop – which will also stock copies of the book, should supporters wish to purchase a copy for signing.
IG Net Gains
A state-of-the-art cricket simulator, armed with augmented reality technology, will allow spectators to test their cricketing skills during the Test.
The IG Net Gains simulator will be located in the TBI Courtyard on days one to three.
The Sound Bar
Live performances will take place before play and during intervals each day on The Sound Bar.
Programmes, scorecards and radios
Programmes and commentary radios, broadcasting both BBC and Sky Sports commentary, will be available from vendors around the ground. If you already own commentary radios from previous international matches, they will still be operational during this fixture.
Scorecards, meanwhile, will be available from the Trent Bridge Shop outlets and the ticket office, priced at £1.
Kindly note that programmes, radios and scorecards will be available via cashless payments only.
Library and heritage exhibitions
The Wynne-Thomas Library
All spectators are very welcome to visit the Wynne-Thomas Library and explore the thousands of books on the shelves, read the latest cricket magazines and chat to other visitors.
There are over 70 new books – for adults and children – and a display of books related to West Indies’ cricket and cricketers that NCCC members are very welcome to borrow. Meanwhile the newly-reorganised reference section will be open to all visitors for the first time during this Test match.
There is also a display about West Indies’ record-breakers in the nine men’s Test matches they have played at Trent Bridge.
Situated behind the Ticket Office, the Wynne-Thomas Library is open from 10:00 am until the end of the tea interval on all matchdays (ie including during the morning and afternoon sessions of play).
Heritage displays and events
Ticket holders in the Pavilion can see the ‘Visiting Nation – West Indies’ display in the Museum Room (off the Long Room), featuring ten Test matches at Trent Bridge, the West Indian-born cricketers who have played for Notts CCC and some surprising connections between our visitors and cricket in Nottinghamshire.
Also in the Pavilion – on the lower ground floor – is a small display about King Charles’ III cricketing connections.
Displays about the varied talents of Peter Wynne-Thomas – our late Historian and Librarian – and his skill as a watercolour artist, cartoonist and illustrator are in the corridor near the Ticket Office.
Information panels about Notts’ knights of the realm – Sir Garry Sobers and Sir Richard Hadlee – can be seen on the ground floor of the Radcliffe Road stand, in the waiting areas named after these two giants of the game.
Toilet, baby changing and breastfeeding facilities
Toilet facilities will be open and signposted around the ground, with stewards on hand to guide you to your nearest facility. These will include a Mobiloo accessible toilet, with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist, situated to the rear of the Hound Road stand.
Kinldy note that access to accessible toilets is available via a Radar key, which can be collected from our stewards (wearing orange) or volunteer.
Baby changing facilities are available in the William Clarke Stand ladies’ toilets, the PKF Smith Cooper Stand toilets, the Hound Road ladies’ toilets, in the Radcliffe Road Stand (on the concourse, beside Radcliffe Road reception, on the East wing of the first floor), in the Fox Road Stand, and in the accessible toilet to the rear of the Fox Road Stand. Please feel free to ask any volunteer or steward for directions.
The changing rooms in the ticket office building can be made available upon request at the Ticket Office as further baby changing facilities accessible to men, or as a quiet feeding area.
We're proud to be recognised as a Breastfeeding Friendly in Rushcliffe certified venue, with a private baby feeding room and quiet space available in the Radcliffe Road Stand, next to reception. This space includes baby-change accessories, comfortable feeding chair and calming projector.
Mothers are, of course, welcome to breastfeed within their stand seats throughout the day.
Sensory bags
A limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, which can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception.
Bags will include some of the following items: ear defenders (in children’s or adult sizes), binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards.
Kindly note a £20 holding deposit will be taken whilst these bags are on loan.
A quiet room is also available next to the Radcliffe Road Reception for those with a neurodiverse condition that need a place to retreat for a little while.
First Aid
First Aid facilities will be available at the rear of the Radcliffe Road and PKF Smith Cooper Stands.
Accessibility at Trent Bridge
Wheelchair viewing positions are available in front of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand, Hound Road Stand and Larwood & Voce Stand, as well as the Hound Road Upper, Radcliffe Road Lower and Middle tiers and the top of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand.
Please feel free to ask your nearest steward, or volunteers wearing blue, if you have any questions regarding our accessible facilities around the ground, as they’ll be delighted to assist you.
A limited number of complimentary commentary headsets for those with visual impairments will be available to collect from Radcliffe Road reception and the ticket office.

Multi-faith room
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, our Fielders' Rest multi-faith room and quiet space is available on the ground floor of the Ticket Office building. Please see a steward or volunteer if you need directions.
Prayer mats are provided, with guests welcome to bring their own religious items if they wish to use these whilst praying.
Junior wristbands
All spectators visiting with children can take advantage of our free wrist band system. Simply collect your band from one of our gate stewards or volunteers, or alternatively ask a member of staff on the Radcliffe Road Reception or Ticket Office.
On the reverse of your wrist band, where details are well hidden from view, simply complete the following information:
• Parent/guardian’s name
• Contact phone number whilst in the ground
• Your stand and seat location
• Date
These details will then help a steward reunite you with your child should you become separated or should they get lost around the ground.
Alcohol and fancy dress
At Trent Bridge, we expect everyone to be courteous to their fellow spectators and that all those in attendance conduct themselves with a level of decorum befitting of the resplendent surroundings.
Kindly, therefore, be sure to regulate your alcohol intake accordingly – and help others within your party do the same. Please also note that spectators are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the ground.
Meanwhile, we request that you refrain from visiting our venue whilst clothed in inappropriate fancy dress outfits that are liable to cause offence to children and young families.
Reporting discrimination
If you are aware of or witness discrimination at any level of cricket in Nottinghamshire, including matches at Trent Bridge, we urge you to report it to us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Leaving and re-entering the venue
You are most welcome to exit the venue during the course of your visit to explore the surrounding area. Please be sure to check in with a steward as you leave in order to be permitted re-entry.
Safety and security
Our stewards will be on hand to ensure that you are safe and secure throughout your day at Trent Bridge and should be your first port of call if you see anything that you may consider dangerous or suspicious.
We ask that you travel light and bring only essential items. Bags are best left at home although we do allow small ones through the gates.
We are, unfortunately, unable to accommodate large travel bags (suitcases or holdalls) at the venue.
Any bags you do bring with you will be searched upon entry, so please arrive in good time.
Note that our usual ground regulations continue to apply.
Cameras and mobile devices
Please note that the use of any cameras, mobile devices or any electronic equipment for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted, other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.
You can, however, take pictures for your own personal use, providing you do not use specialist equipment such as telephoto lenses, tripods or mono pods.
Accredited photographers will be present during the match and will be taking images for use on printed marketing materials and digital channels. If you or anyone in your party would not like photographing, then please inform our photographer or your nearest steward.

Just a few hours after close of play, look out for your exclusive email to those that purchased tickets. It includes reaction to the game, photographs and the opportunity to provide feedback on your matchday experience with us. Please feel free to forward this communication to those that attended the fixture with you.

Ticket refund policy
For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) zero to 15 overs played - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Refunds will be made automatically by Nottinghamshire CCC to the original purchaser only, by refunding their debit or credit card. For refund queries telephone 0115 899 0300. Also visit www.ecb.co.uk/refundscheme. Please allow 30 days from the date the refund is confirmed for your refund to be processed.
In respect of tickets purchased at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the host venue within 28 days of the match date. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of the claim for your refund to be processed.
This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches. For Day 5 tickets, a full refund may be claimed on the value of the ticket only if there is no play.
This refund policy also does not apply to discounted tickets on day 3 or 4 if the main reason for the discount is the prospect of an early finish (less than 30 overs).

Practice day access for Notts members
Nottinghamshire members have been permitted the exclusive benefit of attending Trent Bridge on the two practice days leading up to the fixture; Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 July.
Members will simply need to show their membership card at the Dixon Gate, with seating available in front of the Pavilion.
England Men are scheduled to train between 1.30pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday 16 July, and between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Wednesday 17 July.
West Indies are scheduled to train between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Tuesday 16 July, and between 1.30pm and 4.30pm on Wednesday 17 July.
Kindly note that our food and drink stalls will not be open on practice days.
