Lisa Pursehouse MBE

Lisa Pursehouse has been part of the senior management team at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club since she joined the Club from Yorkshire in October 2000.  Starting as Sales and Marketing Manager she progressed to Deputy Chief Executive five years later.

In 2012 she was appointed to the top job and became the first female Chief Executive in English cricket. 

She is committed to ensuring that the award of major matches for Trent Bridge delivers not only economic and reputational benefits, but a positive community impact through the work of the Club’s Charitable Trust which she chairs.

In 2017 she was awarded an MBE for services to sport, charity engagement and community development.

Kate Davies CBE

Kate Davies CBE is the National Director of Health & Justice, Armed Forces and their Families and Sexual Assault Referral Centres for NHS England.

Kate is director of three areas of direct commissioning, working in the national support team to support the four regional commissioning localities across England. This work encompasses healthcare provision for veterans, serving personnel and their families, mental health and prosthetics, Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs), health & justice healthcare services in prisons, secure children’s homes and training centres, immigration removal centres, the development of the National Liaison & Diversion Programme and Street Triage. The national role works to assure quality and consistency across services with a strong focus on health inequalities and outcomes for patients and their families.

Previously, Kate was the Executive Lead for Prison, Detainee and SARCs (Sexual Assault Referral Centres) Healthcare Commissioning for the East Midlands, and led healthcare commissioning for prison and offender health.

Kate also has experience as the Strategic Director of the award-winning Nottinghamshire County Drug and Alcohol Action Team, helping to co-ordinate and deliver the Government’s National Drug Strategy from December 1995 to May 2009.

From 2003 to 2010, Kate was seconded to the University of Central Lancashire's International School for Communities, Rights and Inclusion as Director of Black and Ethnic Minority Community Engagement. This position allowed her to focus on the health and social care of diverse groups who experience discrimination and/or disadvantage, and directing the national community engagement programme.

Kate has been a Non-Executive Director on the National Treatment Agency Board in England between 2000 and 2013, and an Ambassador for Diversity in Public Appointments for the Government Public Appointments Commission.

Before her NHS career began, she worked in both Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire's probation service, serving as a qualified Probation Officer from 1986 to 1995.

Kate was awarded an OBE in 2009 for services for disadvantaged communities. In 2018, she was awarded a CBE for her work to improve services for some of the most vulnerable groups

Kate's lifelong love for sport has encompassed time as a competitor, parent and most recently committee member at Trent Bridge, whilst she has also acted as a mentor and tutor to young and upcoming sports competitors.

Tim Eatherington

After graduating from Nottingham Trent University, Tim joined a Nottingham-based software company, where he had previously worked as a placement student during his studies. He went on to become Managing Director. Tim is a qualified accountant, and he joined Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club as Finance Director in 2014. He has significant small business and community organising experience and sat as a co-opted member of the Board of Inspire (Culture, Learning and Libraries) from 2016 to 2020.

In 2021, Tim was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive at Trent Bridge. As well as being responsible for the Club’s Finance, HR and other Corporate Services, he leads the club’s community engagement work and is a Trustee of the Trent Bridge Community Trust, which aims to provide a sporting chance to those in need across Nottinghamshire.

Mark Worrall

Mark is Client Relationship Manager at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club. He played a key role in the inception of the charity back in 2008, applying for charitable status as well as ensuring the correct governance was in place during the early stages of the Trent Bridge Community Trust. Mark has an extensive background in hotel management, including working as a hotel inspector for the English Tourist Board as well as serving for 6 years as Director of Sales at an Intercontinental Hotels property before joining Trent Bridge.

Jo Belton

Jo previously worked at Yorkshire Bank for almost 35 years in both Sheffield and Nottingham, acting as a Private Manager for 12 years. Alongside her work with the Trent Bridge Community Trust she is a Trustee with Dance 4, Young Creative Awards, and Musicworks, and sits on the Development Board for Nottingham Trent University.  Jo also served as Chair for Samit Patel's Testimonial Year of 2017.

Paul Ellis

Paul is a retired chartered accountant, having been a partner in a large firm of accountants. He has been a Trustee of the Trent Bridge Community Trust since April 2014. He is also a member of the General Committee of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and has responsibilities for the finances of the club as the Treasurer and chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Sub-Committee. Paul was involved in athletics for many years having been President and Treasurer of Notts Athletic Club, and was elected a Life Member in 2014.
