Awaiting Nottinghamshire First Class Debut

Seamer Tom Giles followed the well trodden path from Lincolnshire to Nottinghamshire, joining the Academy at the age of 16.

That followed an impressive outing at the Bunbury Festival in 2021, alongside Notts' Sam Seecharan, Travis Holland and Farhan Ahmed.

He has gone on to become a prolific wicket-taker at pathway and Second XI level, earning selection for England’s Young Lions in 2023.

The right-armer plays his recreational cricket at his home club Scunthorpe, for whom he has taken over 125 wickets at an average under 16, while he has six fifties and a hundred to his name in senior cricket.
