Trent Bridge claimed prizes at the 2024 Business of Cricket awards, cementing the venue’s long-held reputation for offering the finest experience for supporters.

The home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and The Blaze triumphed in the Best Spectator Experience categories for men’s international cricket and for The Hundred, marking the 13th year in the past 15 that the venue has claimed at least one spectator experience award.

The awards were decided based on feedback from matchday attendees, with supporters given the opportunity to rate the venue against a range of criteria in a survey issued shortly after the conclusion of each fixture.

Five days of international cricket were staged in Nottingham during the English summer, with a keenly-contested Test between England Men and West Indies followed by a sold-out clash between the Three Lions and their oldest rivals, Australia.

August saw Trent Rockets’ men and women call the venue home for four double-headers in The Hundred, with Trent Bridge retaining the spectator experience prize for the format which it first won in 2023.

The awards add to Nottinghamshire’s recent haul of Business of Cricket Awards, with the club also having won Most Welcoming Stadia 2020-22, the 2022 Best International Spectator Experience award, the 2023 Best Women’s International Spectator Experience prize and the Warmest Welcome Award in 2019 and 2020.

This year’s awards were presented at a gala dinner at Edgbaston.
