Haseeb Hameed felt Nottinghamshire laid the foundations for a victory charge on day three against Warwickshire, as they head into the final day with a 111-run lead.
The captain, who hit his tenth First-Class ton in Notts colours, also credited the impetus provided with the bat by Fergus O'Neill, and the control exhibited by the visiting seamers.
